Sagar Bahadur Dhakal

Sagar Bahadur Dhakal is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in international social enterprise development. Holding an Engineering degree and an MBA in Global Leadership and Management from the School of Management, Tribhuvan University, Sagar's journey began in his father's Fair Mount Trekking Shop at Lakeside during his early childhood. He honed key marketing and communication skills during this time, which later found a meaningful purpose when he assisted his mother in establishing the Rainbow Children Home Nepal. Sagar continues to mentor children at the home, helping them develop both professional and life skills. Alongside his family, he plays a crucial role in the development and management of Rainbow Handicraft Udhyog, Indreni Homestay, and Indreni Organic Farm—altruistic endeavors initiated by his mother. Sagar's involvement with Rainbow Developers showcases his leadership in IT, providing essential support to partner organizations and a handful of clients since 2016. He believes in cultivating IT skills and exposure from childhood, evident in his team consisting of school-going children, some already enrolled in Engineering Schools. Sagar extends his expertise to small businesses and professionals, offering support in branding, digital marketing, and IT services.
